Direct Factors:
Corruption is generally concerned with the activities of the state and especially with the monopoly and discretionary power of the State.
Ø  Regulations And Authorizations
Ø  Taxation
Ø  Spending Decisions
Ø  Provision for goods and services at below market prices
Ø  Financing Of Parties

Indirect Factors
Besides the Factors that promote Corruption directly, discussed in the previous section , other factors can contribute to Corruption indirectly. Some of these are discussed briefly in this section.
